Alarm sound, speech & screen

The spoken preview reads the label in the form above. Voices depend on your browser and device; some use an online speech service. Choose an on-device voice when available to keep speech synthesis local. The sentence is in English; choose a suitable voice. Quiet mode overrides all audio. Test again after reloading this page.

Share or embed this alarm clock

Free to use anywhere

Paste the link into a message, a lesson plan or a Notion page, or the embed code into any site that accepts HTML (WordPress, Google Sites, Canvas, Moodle). Embedded alarm clocks show a small VoiceStopwatch credit. Voice control inside an embed needs the host page to allow the microphone.

MAKE IT YOURS

Wake up or remember what comes next.

Choose a time, name the alarm and decide whether it rings once, every day, on weekdays or on weekends. Add more alarms when you need separate reminders. Test the sound and spoken label before relying on it.

When an alarm rings, the large alert shows its name with Stop and Snooze controls. Optional speech says the current time and your label, such as ‘It is 3:30 PM. Time for your meeting.’ Alarms and recent history stay in this browser when storage is available.

Questions about online alarm clock

Will the online alarm clock work if I close the page?

No. Keep this page open. A closed tab, sleeping device or suspended browser cannot be relied on to play an alarm. The page checks the actual clock after a short interruption, but it cannot run while the device is off.

How does the spoken alarm label work?

Enter a label, keep Speak the time and alarm label checked, and enable Allow spoken alarm labels in sound settings. Preview spoken label reads your text before you save. At the alarm time, the browser says the current time followed by your label. Quiet mode silences speech; voices depend on your device.

Can I set multiple alarms?

Yes. Add up to 12 named alarms. Each can have its own time, repeat schedule, tone, snooze length, spoken label and sound-loop setting.

Can I repeat an alarm on weekdays or weekends?

Yes. Choose Once, Every day, Weekdays or Weekends when adding or editing an alarm. Repeating alarms automatically calculate their next matching day.

Why should I test the alarm sound?

Browsers may block audio until you interact with the page. Use Test alarm sound and Preview spoken label after opening or reloading the tool, confirm your device volume and leave the tab open. Quiet mode silences both sound and speech.

Can I change the snooze time?

Yes. Choose a snooze length from 1 to 30 minutes for each alarm. The Snooze button schedules that alarm for the selected number of minutes later.

Does the alarm clock need an account or microphone?

No. Alarms are stored locally in your browser when storage is available. Spoken labels use text-to-speech output and do not need microphone permission.

Can I choose the spoken voice and speed?

Yes. Open Alarm sound, speech and screen, select an available Spoken label voice and choose Slower, Normal or Faster. The sentence is in English and voices come from your browser or device. Use Preview spoken label to check pronunciation.

What happens when two alarms are due at the same time?

Each alarm is kept in a queue. The active alert lists the other due alarms. Stop or snooze the current alarm to hear the next label; it is not discarded because another alarm was still ringing.

Will my alarms survive a page refresh?

Saved alarms keep their scheduled time, including snoozes, when browser storage is available. After a short interruption the page checks for alarms due within the last five minutes. Older missed alarms are recorded in the activity history. Test audio again after reloading; the browser cannot ring while the page or device is unavailable.
