Sound, reminders & screen
No microphone needed. Quiet mode overrides sounds and speech. Keep this page open; sleep or browser suspension can prevent alerts.
Share or embed this timer
Free to use anywherePaste the link into a message, a lesson plan or a Notion page, or the embed code into any site that accepts HTML (WordPress, Google Sites, Canvas, Moodle). Embedded timers show a small VoiceStopwatch credit. Voice control inside an embed needs the host page to allow the microphone.
MAKE IT YOURS
Build a sequence that fits your session.
Choose a work/rest preset or add your own stages. Edit the duration and name of each stage, set the number of rounds, then apply the sequence. Start and use fullscreen to follow the current stage.
Use short work and rest intervals for exercise, longer blocks for study, or custom stages for rehearsal. For workouts with spoken Work and Rest cues and a final-seconds countdown, the Tabata timer has those presets ready. Saved routines can be loaded locally; exported files let you move a routine between devices.
Questions about repeating interval timer
Can I repeat just one timer?
Yes. Keep one stage and set the number of rounds. The same stage repeats until the final round finishes.
Can I use a different rest time each round?
Yes. Add separate stages in the order you want and run the sequence for one round, or repeat a multi-stage sequence.
What happens if I close the page?
Recent timer sessions and preferences are stored in this browser when storage is available. Recovery uses your device’s clock. Private browsing, cleared storage and device sleep can affect recovery. Keep the page open and test audio before relying on alerts.
